| He served in Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Hospital Duchess of Kent in Sabah between 2002-2006. He is the founder of L & K Healthcare Sdn Bhd and medical clinic. He works as General Practitioner since 2006 and Occupational Health Doctor. He is a registered OHD doctor with Department Occupational Safety Health Malaysia.

| He conducts Medical Surveillance, Confined Space and consultation work as regard to OSHA and factory And Machinery Act. He is an Approved Medical Examiner for Petronas and Oil and Gas UK. Dr Lee Jeng Chiang is also diving medical examiners for diving medicine. He has attended Singapore Hyperbaric and Underwater Medicine in 2019. He is certified to perform Pre- dive Medical check up for recreational divers and commercial divers.

| He graduated from Kursk State Medical University, Medical Degree, in year 2016. He practised as House Officer in Hospital Melaka for 2 years and completed training for Obs and Gynae, Surgical, Medical, Orthopedic, Emergency Medicine, Paediatric. He was attached in Obstetrics and gynecology department for 4months in Hospital Melaka before transferring to Hospital Sultan Ismail and worked in Obstetrics and gynaecology department for almost 2 year (Jan 2021- Nov 2023). Later on he worked in GP clinic for 7 months before joining Klinik Lee.

| Dr Sim joined Klinik Lee Team and practise as Permanent Resident general practitioner in Klinik Lee Dan Surgeri, Bukit Indah. Dr Sim Chee Fong is also DOSH / JKKP Registered Occupational Health Doctor providing Occupational Health Service and also Marine Medical Examiner for Seafarer / Jabatan Laut.
